Oak Knoll The School of the Holy Child, a private school in Summit, New Jersey, leverages the advanced features of Xpressite for managing their website. Xpressite provides a more efficient means for Oak Knoll to manage their school calendar, publish news and other pages in an easy to use system, utilizing their custom graphics for the right look and feel, manage online requests in a work queue and display information in a navigation friendly layout.

Most recently, Oak Knoll added the Xpressite Newsletter module, integrating email addresses of Alumnae/i, parents and students from their existing systems with the automatic creation of an HTML formatted email for distribution. The Xpressite Newsletter module automatically creates summaries of selected web pages for the email and sends it to each recipient, with links back to the full articles on the website. This is all done in one process without having to merge different types of programs and files together.

Last year, the school launched its online bookstore using Xpressite’s eCommerce Module. The bookstore enables the webmaster to manage products in a same easy way as managing web pages. Orders received are also managed in a fullfillment work queue and the reports provide information on sales and product history.

“I have only begun to tap the functionality that currently exists and continues to grow daily, it seems. Before selecting Xpressite, I researched companies offering a similar product and found they often charged two, three or even four times as much as what it cost to convert to Xpressite. I couldn’t be happier with Xpressite” says Teresa Davenport, Communications Director, Oak Knoll School.
