Web Site Defaults
Xpressite is laid out with 2 main areas: Site Configuration and Site Content. Site Configuration (see image below) controls all you settings for your site. This includes, name, address and contact information as well as default colors and graphics for the different areas of your site. In the sections that follow, we review these configuration settings. NOTE: a standard Xpressite installation comes with these settings completed for you.The first configuration document is the Web Sites Defaults page:
- Web site title (for browser title bar)
- Search Index choices for meta keywords (so keywords for each page can be choosen from a list)
- Background color/graphics (define default for all pages on site)
- Email address (mail contact information)
- Company address (for footer on every page)
- Logos, fonts and colors for various parts of web site
